Central Jersey Chapter empowers our community through comprehensive voter education, civic engagement programs, and advocacy initiatives that encourage Black women to run for political office, helping ensure that Black women's voices are heard at every level of government.
Education
NCBW Central Jersey views mentoring as a powerful tool for transformation and community collaboration. Through strategic partnerships and dedicated mentorship programs, we equip young people with essential knowledge and skills in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (S.T.E.A.M.), preparing them to excel in tomorrow's competitive workforce and become the innovators and leaders of the future.
Health
NCBW Central Jersey is committed to addressing health disparities and promoting healthier lifestyles in our community. We raise awareness about critical health issues affecting Black women and families while providing accessible health care information and wellness resources that empower individuals to make informed decisions and adopt positive behavior changes for lifelong well-being.
Economic Empowerment
NCBW Central Jersey defines economic empowerment as the ability to envision your dreams, pursue them with confidence, and achieve them by building sustainable generational wealth. Through our signature Sister-Nomics program and targeted workshops, we provide comprehensive financial literacy education and essential life skills training that equip Black women and girls with the tools to achieve economic self-sufficiency and create lasting financial legacies.
